A potent, labyrinthine liquid exuding syrup and smoke, stone fruit and floral notes. Creamy sweet and lightly peaty to sip. Cinnamon and toffee tints. Savoury bacon then coffee in its gradual finish.
Phenomenally long, slow and savoury-sweet. A floral edge, citrus, smoked ham and hints of espresso.

A graceful smokiness of the classic Highland Park coupled with the aromas of fruit and cherry blossom from the Oloroso sherry creates a phenomenal sip.
Filling bottles with one of our finished whiskies is a very satisfying moment.
To get to the whisky, you must remove a cask’s stopper. They’re the only bungs we deal in.
This category covers all island distilleries, except Islay’s.
