To get to the whisky, you must remove a cask’s stopper. They’re the only bungs we deal in.
LOWLAND
Stretches from coast to coast and covers the rolling terrain of the Scottish Borders, as well as the nation’s two largest cities. This broad region traditionally produces more delicate, ethereal styles of whisky. Less heavy generally, but no less flavourful. Gentler characters. Light, grassy, floral. Citrusy. Some cereal notes.
